The cellar of the villa opens to a spa area with pool, sauna, steam bath and massage. A refuge for body and soul in a clear and minimalistic atmosphere. The artistic designed glass roof and a very sophisticated illumination create agreeable light by day and by night!

The maid who takes very much care of the house lives in a part of the house as well as the 2 dogs (terrier and sheepdog). The dogs are very well educated and used to have many people around. If guests should not like the dogs the owner will billet them out to a different place for the time of the rental.

The villa provides an extraordinary location for individual receptions, Gala dinners, presentations, etc.. The rooms with noble furnishings accommodate sufficient place for dinnerparties with 44 persons. During the summer the wonderful terrace overlooking the mountain Untersberg and the historic garden can also be used. 

For sportsmen this estate lies in a perfect position: famous ski resorts like Altenmarkt, Bischofshofen, Bad Gastein etc. are nearby!
