On this estate (100 ha) the most beautiful “colonic houses” have been recently restored with great attention to every detail, maintaining the original architecture and materials, but with all the modern comforts. The villa is situated in a secular park, completely fenced and overseen for security. The six double rooms, plus one in the guest house, make this villa the ideal accommodation for two families or friends who want to spend their holidays in Tuscany in order to visit the nearby cities of art, to go to the beach or to stay on the estate to enjoy the swimming pool, to relax or to play tennis.

The elegant furniture is a mix of antique family pieces and paintings, with modern bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, American fridge/freezer, ice maker), satellite TV, CD-player, fax machine, ISDN Internet connection, telephone in each bedroom. From the swimming pool (16 x 8) one has a very nice view on the park. In the garden (night lighted) there is lots of space for outdoor dining and relaxing.
