The residence is located in the heart of Venice, two minutes walking distance from St Mark's Square. The closest point to the hotel that is reachable by car (and the only place in Venice where you can drive) is Piazzale Roma.

From Piazzale Roma (car parking garage):

• Public boat (1 or 82) to the San Marco stop about 40 minutes by line 1 and 25 minutes by line 82; from the San Marco stop to the hotel, guests have to walk (less than five minutes) straight on to the end of Calle Vallaresso then turn left into Campo San Moisè
• Private water taxi about 15 to 20 minutes directly to the hotel dock

From Santa Lucia railway station to the hotel:

• Private water taxis are available from the waterfront immediately outside the railway station directly to the hotel dock about 15 minutes
• Take vaporetto line 1 to San Marco Vallaresso about 45 minutes, or line 82

From Venice Marco Polo airport:

• Private water taxi directly to the hotel dock about 40 minutes
• Take the shuttle bus to the water dock and use the official transportation boat, Alilaguna, to San Marco about 1 hour 15 minutes

The Concierge can also organise private water transfers with a hostess.
