This exceptionally beautiful property is located in a very quiet and spectacular position, just a few kilometres away from the lovely village of Montalcino. The views from the house are outstanding taking in the Val d' Orcia and Crete Senesi, considered by many as the most beautiful areas of Tuscany.

The property comprises both a large Tuscan stone-built farmhouse and a small guest house, and has recently been bought by a well-known Italian interor designer (the owner of our property Fontanelle, also in our program). Lavacchio has been restored and furnished to the same high standard as Fontanelle and was completed in 2000.

This property is particularly spacious and well lighted. All bedrooms have a private bathroom.

Ground floor: Entrance hall, large dining room with fireplace and French windows opening onto the garden, spacious sitting room with French windows opening onto the garden, kitchen also opening onto the garden, double bedroom with four-posted bed and en suite bathroom.

First floor: Sitting room, master bedroom with four-posted bed and en suite bathroom, double bedroom with en suite bathroom, twin bedroom, bathroom. All bedrooms on this floor have air conditioning (extra costs).

Guest house: (2 people)

Ground floor: Twin bedroom with en suite bathroom. Extra bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, available on request at extra costs.

Particulars: 

• Minimum rental period 7 nights. from Saturday till Saturday.
• Not included: Costs for heating. 
• You are expected to provide your own bath-/beach linens. 
• The swimming pool (15 x 6 m) is opened from 25th May till 28th September, depending on the weather conditions.
• Upon arrival, a deposit of € 1,000,00 is required.
• In case the accommodation disposes of a telephone with an outgoing line, an extra deposit of € 250,00 is also required. Both amounts to be paid in cash.
• Check-in on the day of arrival between 16.00-19.00 hrs.
• Check out on the day of departure before 10.00 hrs. 
• Please enquire prior to booking if the accommodation of your choice can be reached with your car (unpaved road).
• Pets are not allowed!
