This villa is a mid 19th century building and has always belonged tot the family of the Marquis of Rozzano. The villa faces south east, just in the mid lake and has super views of the three arms of the Lake Como and the beautiful mountains behind. In its beautiful park with century old trees, such as sequoias, palms and oaks, is set a large pool (10 x 6 m) and a private tennis court. A private mooring is available at S. Maria Rezzonico harbour (additional costs). It sleeps 16 people, but a couple of extra beds can be added.

The interior of the villa is glamorous. The mosaic floors, the wooden, great staircase, and the statue are all of a superb beauty. Recently restored the villa maintained its traditional atmosphere. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, all of which have been remodelled in 2006. This villa is a perfect place for weddings, meetings and family reunions. 

Lake Como is renowned for its luxuriant vegetation and the mild climate. In winter, in the sunniest areas such as Temezzina, the temperature is never too cold. In summer it is mitigated by a very nice breeze.

The villa is a perfect base for making excursions in the surroundings of the lakes,  the North of  Italy and Switzerland. Possibilties for all kind of watersports in Menaggia and there are several golf courses close by.

The road runs right along the shore of Lake Como, so the villa is not directly situated on the lake, but across the road. A gate leads to the driveway, the garden and the villa.

First floor: Yellow double bedroom with lake view and en suite bathroom with large jacuzzi tub and shower, pink double bedroom with lake view and en suite bathroom with jacuzzi tub and shower, green double bedroom with windows facing the garden and en suite bathroom with tub and shower.

• The swimming pool (10 x 6 m) is open from 16/6 - 15/9
• Check-in on the day of arrival between 15.30 and 18.30 hrs.
