This luxurious Tuscan country house, constructed 600 years ago, is situated in the heart of the Chianti countryside, and offers unchanged views over olive groves, vineyards and cypress trees. It is well located, only 30 minutes from Florence, 45 minutes from Siena and ten minutes from Greve in Chianti.

The owners from a prominent family have made this house their full-time residence. Thus, it has all the comforts of a luxury, private home, including impeccable service from the live-in couple, who are excellent cooks.

The villa was totally restored in 2000/2001, and while the original structure was kept, it has been lavishly decorated with all modern amenities, including full satellite-TV and an extensive DVD and video collection.

The pool has sweeping views across the Chianti valleys, and receives the sun from dawn until dusk. Although the property is well off a main road, there is an excellent restaurant only one kilometre up the road.

This accommodation is an ideal base for anyone wanting to enjoy the culture of Tuscan towns and villages. Guests can enjoy the products of the property’s vegetable garden. There are resident cats and dogs. The property has been published in many magazines culminating in the cover of AD Italia, March 2005 edtion.

Particulars:

• Minimum rental period 7 nights. from Saturday till Saturday.
• Not included: Costs for heating. 
• You are expected to provide your own bath-/beach linens.
• The swimming pool (12 x 6 m) is opened from 25th May till 28th September, depending on the weather conditions.
• Upon arrival, a deposit of € 1.500,00 is required.
• In case the accommodation disposes of a telephone with an outgoing line, an extra deposit of € 250,00 is also required. Both amounts to be paid in cash.
• Check-in on the day of arrival between 16.00-19.00 hrs.
• Check out on the day of departure before 10.00 hrs.
